The first ever Job Fair of Amir Kabir University ( Iran's leading public research university ), was delivered within a highly compressed timeframe, which required fast decision-making and a clear visual direction. Due to the scale and urgency of the event, I was trusted with leading the visual direction, which meant working with minimal preliminary sketching and moving directly into digital development.
The purpose was to create a visual language that could simultaneously appeal to two audiences: students seeking accessibility and approachability, and corporate partners requiring clarity, credibility, and professionalism. The final design balances these needs through structured layouts, controlled typography, and a restrained yet dynamic visual system.
Despite limited manpower and a tight production schedule, the project was delivered successfully through close collaboration and clear visual direction, which led to the Amirkabir University Job Fair becoming an annual event.
